They were at this location for only a few days, then it warmed up and they scattered again, been a frustrating winter this year with the weather. Was able to grab a few keepers though on the few that did fly close:

Nikon D300 200-400VR with 1.4 TC f5.6 ISO 200 or 400,

Beautiful! Wish I could get some shots like that.
I was at the Lock and Dam 25 and there was not much going on there. I think I may have spoken to you for a short time. Either that or I talked to another person with a 200-400 VR.

Lock and Dam 24 is in Clarksville MO and 25 is in Winfield MO.
