Kathy; named for my wife. My mom has made dolls for all the women in the family. I thought this made for a good subject with this processing. I should probably show the whole doll sometime, as the gown is beautiful.
Got my new toy today; a 5D. Yeah! I realize with this type of processing, nobody would know. I wanted a full framer though to go with my 30D. Can't wait till my fisheye arrives Monday! SHHHH....! Been saving for some time now, and treated myself!
Any comments/crits are most welcome!

Tim,
Your mother makes pretty cool dolls.
That you make this look a bit scary is probably a telling sign.
Even worse, I like it, although the out-of-focus stuff that blocks that luscious mouth I could do without.
And if that's a real person, I disavow all the comments I just made.

I like this shot and congrats on the 5D. I love mine. The processing is nice and I like the light sepia, but the framing makes it for me. I never use sepia but this reminds me that I should try it sometime. I agree with Albert that it looks spooky and sort of film noire.
Thank you, Albert. Yes, the old look was post-processing. I found a free plugin that I've been playing with quite a bit lately. Lots of options and fine-tuning tweaks that the user can apply.
Charlie - You crack me up! I enjoy the humor you bring to this forum (as well as your shots!). The blob is her hand. The thumb is actually supposed to be in the mouth. Shot at f4, and 25 extension tube with the 85L, so too shallow here.
Thanks, J.R. - Give the old Sepia a try now and then! It's real hit and miss with me.
Eric - Thanks, my man. Seems like there's a common theme of "somewhat freaky" to the reactions. I may have to let the creative juices flow on this and set up a staged theme with this in the future!
I’m very partial to this kind of object because they have an enormous potential to convey different feelings ranging from nostalgia to fear.
I’m not sure of your intentions (perhaps you was only playing with your plugin) but my emotional response has to do with a feeling of inexpressible uneasiness.
Thank you, Marcelo. I've showed this to family members now, and they had the same reaction I'm getting here: somewhat uneasy and spooked. They mentioned the "Chucky" movies. (For those who don't know, Chucky is a boy doll who comes to life and goes about his business with a butcher knife).
I am definitely working on a contrived fright image with this now! I will post when I put it together.
