What a collection... thanks for sharing. That bat flex is about as sick as I've ever seen, and from a li'l guy no less. Great series!

These are very nice #6 being my fav..... That shot doesn't even look real with that kind of flex wow.

I mean an aluminum bat flexing that much from a little kid like that??

Jon and Rich - thanks much for the feedback and kind words.

Ski - not quite sure what you mean by an artifact of the DSLR sensor/shutter

Actually the kid was a pretty good size for Little League at about 5-9 or 5-10 and with him using a bat with that thin of a handle plus the bat speed generated coming in contact with a ball at 50-60 MPH.....I'm not into physics but as the old saying goes, "a picture is worth a thousand words"....

the poster is talking about the way that DSLRs capture images - the moving shutter plane can cause flexing of fast moving objects
