Yesterday I received my order from Alien Bees, and I am very happy with my purchase. I got:
2 x AB800 Flash Units
2 x LS3900 Light Stands
1 x FSB2436 Soft Box
1 x US48SW Reversible Umbrella
I want everyone to know, their customer service is outstanding. UPS made a mistake shipping my order, and Barbara at Alien Bees called them and arranged everything so my order would get to me on time. I can`t say enough about the products themselves, all very well built and easy to setup and use.
If you`re looking for some new lights, don`t overlook Alien Bees.
when i got my order one of the umbrellas had a bent spoke i wasn't even going to call them but ended up dropping them an email about it. they called me and told me they would send a new one and to keep the old one.
I had the new one in two days and still use the first one.
+1 on customer service here too. I even email the tech for a general question on AB few months ago and got a very detail response in a 48 hrs. Most company don't respond.
