p.1 #1 · Help identify Mount and Adapter for 5D

Hey Everyone,

I have in my possession a rarely (if ever) used Vivitar telephoto zoom lens 75-205mm f/3.8.

I was wondering what type of mount it is and if there is an adapter for a Canon 5D.

Thanks for the help!

From the M/SR it has to be Minolta SR.

Thanks PDM,

Does this mean I'm going to run into the problem of not being able to get infinity focus without some pretty major surgery?

Yes, will need a mount replacement and infinity adjustment to be usable. Far easier to find the same lens in an easier to adapt mount, or just pass in favour of a better lens like the Kiron 70-210/4.
