There was a thread on one of the photography forums that covered different light sources. The thread covered how to use different light sources properly to create the same look. It was long and detailed with many pictures and the OP used a mannequin as his lighting model. I think the forum background color was white if that helps.

Thanks everyone for the help. No its not any of those links. I found out that the thread I am referring to was hosted on Zuga.net but sadly I cannot confirm that because Zuga forums are not displaying for me. I am not sure if this is caused by my connection or their hosting.
