All great stuff though the low angles are similar to what i expect to see from a lot of photographers. Still good but i don't think they set you apart.
Lovely photos. #1 is a stunner and most likely to be different from the other entries. That was my vote.
BTW, my mother's maiden name was Domingos. My great great grandfather Isaac Dominguez was kidnapped in Portugal when he was 12. When his family couldn't pay the ransom, he was sold into slavery and worked on a ship for two years. He finally escaped in Charleston, South Carolina.

Guys, thank you all for the feedback, it was really REALLY helpfull
Decision has been taken!
The chosen pictures have been #3, #4 & #5.
I know that #1 was the most voted, but after I overlayed (?!) it over some magazine covers, I find that the negative space that cause the shot to be so unique is crippled and therefore, the image loses impact.
My first choices would have been #3, #4 and #7 (since i find it a powerfull portrait), but the statistics say it all!

Well, thanks a lot for the compliment Doug.
"Domingos" is a usual surname is Portugal yeah,. I think your great great grandfather gave you a nice genetic heritage, great story there
The processing on some of these are a little bit overdone, for magazines where it'll be right there, in at least 8x10" you want to make the best impression. For that, I would take 5, because it's timeless, classy, and will make a lovely cover.
