Well... it's been a few weeks now since my last outing...

Hoping to get out to BC this weekend for some new stuff.

In the meantime, here are some RE shots from two different outings a couple of months ago... Not the greatest light, but oh well...
I love to watch these beauties dance around as they hunt for sushi, they always put on a great show.

D300 and 70-300 VR... hence the heavier than I'd like crops.

you do so well with that consumer lens.... Lucky you, I don't ever get the Reddish close..... Maybe next time I come down.......

They really do put on a show Kirk! sweet images there.
I really like #1 for the pose and the way water reflects on the wings
