Harish, you did not ask for any critique, but I will offer a bit anyway
The falcon is a wonderful image, but posted in Nikon Adobe RGB colorspace.
Your images should be "converted" to sRGB for web use. This will allow
your colors to be viewed properly in non color managed browsers.
There is a sharpening halo all around the bird, and I see you shot it with -.67 EV,
just backwards of the normal + EV in this situation, but the falcon is underexposed and
hiding some great detail from you 700mm combo.
Here is a transparent threshold layer showing the halo and a corrected image with halo removed and color/levels adjusted. Hope you don't mind my post, as it is meant for "help" in getting a better image and an FYI for others.....and thanks for sharing

I don't think you have anything "wrong" to think it will be right one of these days.
We all have personal tastes in images and only suggestions for variation are offered to stimulate visual thinking. Often what others see will help one take a second look,
but always satisfy yourself
