Perhaps we will not be needing those fancy fixed focals for wedding work. They do more than just provide pleasant oofs, however, this looks somewhat promising.
Proof will be in the pudding.

Interesting to me that in the fb photo, they chose not to blur any of the grass in the fg?!

Same adage applies to this as any other technique: get it right in the camera if possible.

It's a cool plugin, but I don't see anything I haven't already done with layer masks and blur filters to hide some of my cheapo lenses. Especially not for the price.

OnOne has Focal Point for $159, although, I'll never get my 85 1.2 if my wife knew anything about this software...and I agree with above, get in the camera, less post work.
