#2 and #3 are really cool shots.
Looks like a nice place that I might have to take a drive down and explore next summer.

Absolutely love the first 2, John! The rising mists over the mirrored surface in the 1st, and backlit in the 2nd, are simply fantastic!
The 3rd is very nice, but the first 2....wow!

Hello John,
Love the light in these. The first is particularly effective. Excellent use of the reflections.

#2 really does it for me. Only thing missing is a fisherman in a boat casting for fish. Beautiful setting.

Thanks for looking and the comments MrGreen. Where would you drive down from?
Hi Barry
, thanks for your nice comments. We hit the trail at 5 AM and hiked in the dark with headlamps for 2 hours to wait for the light.

Thanks Hugh! Being there early meant no wind and sure helped for glassy water.

Thanks Don! A fisherman would have been a nice addition for sure. Hopefully next time.

These are really gorgeous. I like the second one best. The backlight is super.
