One thing I might "change" would be the woman in back as her arms look like "Popeye" arms. The others are 'skinny' and the change is in the face (mostly) while hers does make her look like Popeye or Bluto (arms), so it may not go over as well as the funny smile.

Those are their "lips". You see those two girls on the end are blowing a kiss at the camera... and those are their enlarged lips floating towards the lens

Since they are lips - and not very recognizable as that, perhaps you should lay off the changes to the lips - keep it obvious what they are.
