Sam, best game ever. I put together a small clan (Weekend Anarchists Named Konrad), it was just a joke thing really, to demonstrate what we thought about 'clans'. It all got out of hand somehow and we came third in a national team teamplay ladder.

When you're placing a pin into someone's bone with a hand crank, the key thing is to pay attention to the resistance: its touch not sight that's important. Bone has a tough outer "matrix" and then a spongy marrow center. The pin must be drilled through the tough outer layer, put through the center, and then back into the outer matrix on the far side. You can tell how deep you've gone by the resistance: tough, easy, back-to-tough.
It gives me a competitive edge in the weddings market. I've delivered 4 babies, so I always tell my potential brides that if they have any pregnant bridesmaids that go into labor at the wedding, I don't charge extra for deliveries (but gratuities are appreciated).

Hmm... A doctor AND a wedding photographer? So I guess this combo IS possible! ! I may have to go back to school after all then. How often do you get to shoot Evan... and I'm talking about weddings here.
I guess I should've explained as I've had a bunch of questions:
I was a Special Forces (AKA Green Beret) Medical Sergeant (18D) in the US Army. That meant that in addition to being trained to kick down doors, shoot a sniper rifle, jump out of perfectly good airplanes, pick locks, hotwire cars, speak Arabic, and take pictures, I was trained to roughly the equivalent of a Physician's Assistant.
I originally exited the military planning on going to medical school to finish my MD, but then this little side-business I started for some extra cash on the side started making me more than some doctors make...
I'm out of the military and am not currently pursuing a medical career. Just the legacy of a misspent youth.

GREEN F'N BERET?? Are you even real? Dude... you are living my dream, seriously. That's what I wanted to do ever since I saw that movie sniper when I was 13, but later thought it would interfere with med school. Then I thought I couldn't be a photographer if I were to pursue medicine, so I quit... but saw the same potential as you did. You somehow did all 3 things... wow.
Looks like I should've said I want to be Evan Baines when I grow up
Evan -- I knew a lot of your background, but I'm still floored by some of the new stuff. I think a lot of us want to be Evan Baines when we grow up! Wow -- excelling at everything!
