To those who offers clients a DVD with images and reproductions rights, what do you give them with their disk. A document stating permission to print their images? I was just curious to what everyone else was doing for this matter. Thanks for everyone's time.

if they purchase digital assets i also include a specific doc that details exactly what their purchase entitles them to.
ASMP has good resources for wording, but as with any contract/doc, flesh out your doc then take it to your lawyer for finalizing.

I also include print authorization on the surface of the disc along with my signature. This way if they go to a retailer or other it is clearly on there.
