10,19 and 27 appear to have missed on the af a bit...not much but as in no10, if the whole pt of the shot was selective focus...then that point needs to be good and sharp...
19, if the hands are the focal pt, then they should be sharp, conversely if the eyes are sharp...then they should be in the shot.
27 the narrow dof is a nice tool, but the eyes have to be the sharp pt...it appears its front focused slightly...only slightly...but thats actually pretty typical of the issues I often had with canon, many of which have vanished since switching. Not trying to turn this into a brand debate, only that this is a perfect example of this issue. Folks who dont shoot wide open likely would never even know there was any issues with the focusing, but when 1/2inch is all you've got, it needs to be in the right spot. I used to shoot this sort of shot 3-5exposures to ensure one was actually on the eyes....now i get 3-5 exposures with the eyes sharp.

Great photos.
Love all of them, especially #13
A couple comments though:
#10 is OOF on the flower but in focus on the suit which I think misses the effect. Either a greater DOF would be desired where the flower and the flaps were entirely in focus or just the flower in focus as that's where the eye lands leaving the suit a bit OOF and part of the background.
When I first looked at #14 I thought of American Gothic only with a smile, maybe not the best look for a bride but if she likes it then it's a great photo.
Thanks guys. I think I have more oof shots than usual in this set - and if I had to blame anything (other than the regular hazards of shooting at 1.4, it would be the 5D and the 24L. I believe they are the two worst of my body-lens combinations in terms of focus accuracy. I try to cut dowen to 1.8 or even 2.0, but on the 5D, the 24 and 35 really get nice glow around the edges that disappears after the first stop. I end up missing that too much.
