Wham on those first three Ms Mag B

First one is oh so soothing, #2 great work with simple elements and color and comp. That's a nice Greenie, have not seen too many those lately!

What the heck, a GBH wearing bloomers, love it a bunch, too cool

Nice in-flights, I like the bank shot

That looks like a close encounter with a KF, lucky you

Great griebe! Oh sure, we all find Bald Eagles just haning out on someones roof, right and very very cool.

Marvelous collection Maggie, the water in #1 is to die for

Love the Greenie and #4 is a sweet landing shot!! Nice KF's, but my fav is definetly the BE's, outstanding shot with wonderful detail and color

Siamese twin eagles, wow, that's a first.

Lovely set Maggie, I had forgotten your style. Subtle, soft and sweet to the eye well except for 4 that one is just plain wacky. (I think I know that rock)

2 looks like feeding through the looking glass.

Very nice series!

How'd you get so close and bribe that KF to pose for you?

Hard to pick a favorite from them as they are all very good. Well, OK maybe except the BG on the Grebe (I think its an Eared Grebe).
My favorite would have to be betweeen the Greenie and the sandpipers. The later is just super; the BG, lighting and composition give the image a special sense of tranquility. I love what you done with the lowly coots. Great eye on that one - its telling a story. Great perspective on that GBH landing too.

Hi Maggie,

I'm pretty new here so this is my first look at your work, and I'm very impressed.

You have a great eye and obviously excellent technique.

1 and 2 are both beautiful, and the Green Heron is a great angle and comp, super detail too.

Nice GBH series, and I really like the Grebe also. Great exposure control on the BE's.

Excellent work, I'll look forward to seeing more.

Hi Karl

You're so good about critiquing every image and you always do it with class. I love reading your comments

Apparently you weren't aware that here in the Pacific NW, our Herons always wear bloomers - they're very modest

And if you don't believe that, then you should definitely believe that every home has at least two bald eagles perched on the roof.
