This morning in addition to the 500 on monopod, I slung on the 40D with my 200mm f/4 due to being able to get so close. It's been a great couple of days with this teen Hawk. I got many many frames I will treasure.
Holy mackerel Mr Sanders, that is one heck of a close up experience. I kept looking at the exif looking for 400-500mm and looked right past 70mm,89mm, man you have a trusting pal here with this RTH!
The pictures are stunning Tom, #7 just blows me away the feeling in it! Incredible eye detail in #6, don't think I have seen one like that before, wow buddy! I guess that gives good meaning to 'on the chopping block'. Excellent and they made me tingle
Stunning work Tom, fabulous! Oh dear, I got so close to a juvy today, 10 meters at almost eye level, I knew I had you beat! Damn, glad I didn't post any of my sticks in the way obstructed stuff the same day you post this!!! You cleaned my clock brother.
Top notch work Tom, amongst the best, congrats you should be proud.
