Not yet but those look pretty cool. price seems quite reasonable too. Programming seems cumbersome but the fact that it is even doable at all is cool!

I just found these today myself, before seeing this thread.

This is an unknown seller, so fingers crossed, but I have 1 chip plus two chipped M42 adapters on the way.

I'll report back once I've tried them. (if they actually show up & they actually work.)

Definitely report back...that looks very interesting. I guess the trick is to get the chip set in exactly the right position on the adapter (and not slopping epoxy resin all over the place).

I noticed that happypagehk has recently raised the price of his AF-confirm Contax/EOS adapters to $85 + shipping...the ability to code the chip yourself will let you buy a less expensive adapter.
