These are taken recently, mostly from a brief, short visit at the Moss on the way home from work. These aren't technically in their ideal lighting, exposures, etc... but I kinda like the way the whole picture looks. C&C are always welcome. Thanks for looking.
Dan
1. I was literally hiding behind one of these large rock to take this picture. I wanted to keep that rock in the foreground to give depth to the picture.
Edit: This shot looks kinda dull here w/ my uncalibrated work monitor. It looks brighter/more contrast w/ my home uncalibrated monitor. Does everyone else see the same dull/dark look?

Dan,
The first is my favorite, by laving the rock in the foreground it really does ad depth
to the image. Nice touch.

Thank you very much Tim. I am at work looking at the pictures with my inexpensive uncalibrated monitor and see the first pic is kinda dark. If anyone has a calibrated monitor please chime in as what it looks like. Thanks

Stop it...Mr. Zoom and Tim ....you guys make me feel so honor with your pick and fighting over it too .....
Now if you both calm down and look at it carefully that coming from Dan (danjacquitaylo) posting, you'd realize it's really nothing special.
Thank you both very much for the pick and the fight over it.

Hey Dan, nice shots from the 400 and 50D. It's good to see my old 400 producing sharp images on the west coast.
Herb
Thanks Herb. It goes against the conventional wisdom.... and just shows that in my case....the equipement makes a good photograph, not the person behind it in ....
