I'm slowly working off my BarryCold and inspired by Martins post from the Glen, here's my take on it. To be true to my doubtful reputation for B&W, I include two conversions too. I thought the pier would be a good subject for B&W.
Neat stuff, Carlo!
I am sorry you guys both ended up with the cold!
The reflections that day were fantastic, and you conveyed the look nicely.
The 2nd and 3rd stand out for me, but I love 'em all!
A very attractive series , Carlo . Both colour and B&W views are excellent , and I particularly like the delicacy and colour of the sky in the first picture . I am always surprised at how different are the takes of the same view from people standing side-by-side --- having seen Martin's and your versions , I now await Barry's variation on the theme with eager anticipation !

For me, it's the colour images that have the edge in this series. Especially the second one, because of the just-so position of the mountain. Maximum graceful!

Thanks, Barry (not for the cold )! I hope to see some of your stuff from our trip as soon as your computer is up and running again.

That's the whole fun of it, isn't it? Each one giving a different personal interpretation of the same subject is a challenge and great fun!

Carlo, whether color or BW, beautiful images with fine use of reflection, leading lines or geometry (symmetry). santiago
Glad you like both, Santiago!
