Here's a straight rendition from the professional scan (plus my sharpening because scanning butchers sharpness).
Yes, it's a bit (on my monitor) less purple than the first post, but again, all I did for the first one was a small amount of fiddling with brightness, contrast and saturation. The pinks and light purples were in the sky. Desert sunsets can sometimes do unanticipated things.
