Beautiful colours and detail here. I'm not sure about the inclusion of the highway in the shots but I still enjoyed them

beautiful poppin' colors! the compositions are a little odd for me though - sorry. i did visit acadia this year and the fall colors were very very nice just like in your captures here.

Thanks Binh for the observation. Can you elaborate on what you mean by "odd" compositions? I'd like to learn more.

I don't think the highways are bad. If you could have just gotten them without cars, that would have made the difference. I like the colors of both.

leung, just my personal opinion:

#1 is ok - only thing that bothers me is the railing going right into the middle of the frame.

#2 is just too odd with the horizon line right in the middle, the small section of the road with a car on the left, and the lack of any focus point of interest.
