I'm just wondering what everyone else is using to capture their ring shots

As for me, I'm currently using my Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 IS with the Canon 500D macro filter attached at the end of it.

Just a thought.

Well, I'm not a wedding photographer, but I just got married on Saturday and took these ring pictures this week. I've got no macro lens, but I think they came out alright.

Going through these threads while and editing and looked at this one. Now Ed what the hell, please for petes sake stop doing such a good job it makes us all feel bad! Noticed how your background template changes colors, i like that VERYYY NICEEE.
