I've decided to put together a series of 3-images from my Palm Island trip that are practically identical but showing a progression from darkness to light. The last image in the series I posted a few months ago when I returned from my trip. This is the first, and darkest of the series. I'm also experimenting with new frames .
Super color and a fine, quiet early mood. It's a bit more granular than your typical signature smoothness, and I'm not sure about the 'reflection' on the frame? That said it's a special creation.
Restful , delicate pastel palette , Jose --- especially the glowing pink central area . I love the balance between gently rolling surf and static clouds . Frames are very personal choices ; FWIW I find your frame too ' heavy ' for web presentation , and the partial glow seems odd .

Great shot and I like the new frame. Did you use a particular program for the frame or did you do it your self.
Thanks so much. I do my own frames. This one is a work in progress . I got the idea of the light on the top right hand corner one of my own images hanging on the wall, where the spotlight hit it just so.
I like this a lot. I kept wondering why this one doesn't need anything else, like an object as focal point. But the colour does all that and the fine lines in the water. I find my eyes are guided nicely through the whole image. To create that with only two elements is amazing!
