the bokeh from the 'cron is significantly better at f2.2 than at f2.0... really. I think it offers a great compromis in nice bokeh and superb corner to corner sharpness and contrast...

I have the latest 3-cam version. People say the bokeh is better from the earlier one (with removable hood)... I didn't see enough evidence of that in examples I've seen. Here's a shot from mine anyway:

If I'm after a more dreamy look the Elmarit-R 135 works nicely.

Nice shot, if I were to be shooting images like this then bokeh would be more important.

Thanks! I don't shoot much narrow DOF stuff either... that's why I didn't get a Summilux.
