Hi all!

I am trying to promote my business with ipod touch promotion. Here is the picture.

This image is copyrighted by the owner

Is this ok to use apple pictures on my site ?

If some one already did this please advice any suggestions.

You HAVE to contact Apple and get their permission to use any of their logos, name, photos, etc. If not, its copyright infringement. Any time you make money off of someone else's material, you're infringing up the copyright.
