All with the 5D, Sigma 150mm, in natural light, hand-held.

Tim: I actually bought the last flower in this series - it didn't cost much, and having it at home made things easier much easier wrt. focus stacks

This is Norway, so there is no-one making me buy anything (customer care/follow-up is far down on the list around here), but I would've felt a little guilty if I left the store after 30 minutes of shooting, and not buying anything

The benefits of stacking is not always obvious, as you have also noticed, and with Brian's brilliant demonstrations today in mind, here's my example:
