NikonAndy Offline Image Upload: Off p.1 #1 · New Micro Toy! Alright, finally a new (old) Micro for my D3! I've been needing something other than my 70-200 for closer detail shots at weddings so I picked up this Micro 55mm f/3.5 lens for $115. I love the old build! Works great on the D3, meters and everything. Here are a couple shots from and of the lens: 1) First shot of my ring. 2) 100% crop of the first image. 3) 4) 5) Just for fun, I reversed my 50 1.8 at the end of the 55 and got this shot. Yeah, I figured I didn't get the greatest deal, but I picked it up at our big camera shop in town and wanted to get something for this weekend that didn't cost as much as the 105 VR. Marc Kurth Offline Image Upload: Off p.1 #6 · New Micro Toy! You will get to 1:1 with the PK. Last time I used the PK was on a film camera.
