I agree with Kaden's comments on composition.
I think the first is too tight, even without the unfortunate alginment of the log behind the bird's head.
Third could use more room above the bird and a tighter crop, but unfortunately you might then lose his apparent landing spot, the tree.
It's difficutl to capture birds in flight and difficult to anil the exposue on the egrets. All look a bit blown out in the highlights and might be able to have some of that recovered in post-processing.

1 the pano is an odd selection for me - crop more left and leave more below is my suggestion.

2 is the nicest but as Kaden says a bit busy.

3 it feels like you need a longer mm lens - as is the bush is framed though and the bird is too small in the frame

Birds are very very hard to shoot - so good job in a difficult task and be prepared to put in long hours to get few shots right. I find the national park, near a busy town (for me banff or jasper) is the best spot for aniamals because they are used to you.

I like #3, but juduging by the water it looks like you could fix your horizon just a little.
