p.1 #1 · Carley (Senior)

Had the op to shoot a 20 min session with a Maryland senior. The country setting was a nice change for me.

All very nicely done.

1 seems a bit heavy on the vignette (4 too)
6 is a winner - what was your aperture on that one?

All very nice and a pretty young lady. I would lighten up on the vignette and add some fill in 1(especially) -3 could have helped. Keep up the good work.

great shots overall...4 she seems to be out of focus and the expression is not very flattering. I do like the treatment you have given all the images

Thanks for the C-C. Agree on the #4, I was trying to find one where she didn't have the same smile, I fell a little short. She was a cute happy kid and smiled for 20 mins straight. The jury is still out on the PP, right now I'm liking it, but it's fairly new for me and I'm still working it. In the end, she was offered the straight up shots and the PP, so she can decide. So far, she and her parents are leaning PP. The exposure on the sun shot was to drop the ISO all the down to 50 and expose for the sky and pop some fill.

The first three are a home run!! EXCELLENT! That first one is the best of the bunch. Tremendous shot!! The use of the fence is perfect, dead space is very good, exposure, her expression, pose, etc. is just excellent. Vignette is good, the first three are way better than the following shots... by a landslide.

1. and 6. throw you for a loop. You can't help following that fence line all the way back, looking for something to see, but no soap.
