The studio is gorgeous. Threads like this have been feeding my imagination about having my own studio. The main problem here in Romania is that renting such a space is preety expensive and the fees we get for shooting weddings are much lower when compared to the western european countries for instance.
So for a while the whole idea of having a studio was not realistic for me from a financial standpoint. Now it looks like the prices for wedding photographers are going up, while renting fees are more stable, so it really starts to look like I will have some space for working and presenting my work to customers.
I think that having such a studio drastically increases the perceived value of you or your company. Meeting your clients in the livingroom with kids wondering around is not the best solution to show that you are really serious about what you are doing.
I can only hope that soon I will also open some thread like this (of course the studio will not be so big and most likely will not have such a nice street view, but at least I hope that the interior space decoration will be fine).
