That's a nice selection of lenses, and a nice selection of images as well! If you don't mind, next time also let us know what camera you used. It adds some info, especially when it it is about images that aren't macros or close-ups.

All the Pentax pictures were taken with K10D (for flower shots) and K20D for non-flora.
All the Sony pictures were taken with A700.
I've to say that this thread is a wonderful one, since we know what to expect from certain lens in certain situation. Especially, there are certainly lots of useful information/opinions/facts in this thread.

Hmm. ISO 200? Is this an in-camera B&W where some noise (grain then) has been added?
Or is it a camera where you have to use selective sharpening only if using it at ISO200? I guess the former.

The E-P1 is noisy as hell with the NR turned off (which was done here). Only PP is local contrast and sharpening on the sign and overall USM for the resampled picture. It's a B/W JPG out of the camera.
