shaglepus, isn't the Volna-9 a macro lens? Surely the Grevillea deserves to be displayed somewhat larger.....so said Jonas B

and yes you are quite correct, both the Volna-9 and the grevillea flower deserve better...so here you go

Some more of that horrendous Rokkor 58 f/1.2 bokeh: I think this was at f/2.8, but I could be wrong (I took a bunch at f/1.2, f/2 and f/2.8.)

This is wide open (and I cut the leaf out on this one). The light was hitting this web just right. When I originally started shooting it, the web and leaf were in shadow, and I started just trying to isolate the leaf, floating in air against the green backdrop, but then the light changed, and all these beautiful colors appeared. The stuff is random tools and yard equipment in a shed, but it just dissolved to a wonderful blur of color here.

I've just got this lens from my last trip to Korea.
It's really sharp wide open.
I think it maybe little bit sharper than the Rokkor 58/1.2
Now I have completed the 3 50's lenses that I wanted.

Volna-9 50/2.8
Rokkor 58/1.2
SMC A 50/1.2

These are from pentax SMC A 50/1.2 wide open at ISO 1000

Very nice image!
Have you ever thought about marketing some of these to Apple Computer? Seems like some of your work might be suited to their themes. Just a thought.
