With most wet suits you can't walk within 5 feet of a piece of Velcro without it sticking to you.
Any good closed cell neoprene will work, the heavier the better.. do a Google search.

Now that it's wrapped, what do you do with it? Can it hang off of a belt, or do you stick it into another bag? If you stick it into another bag, won't the included slip case do?
You can easily hang another piece of Velcro tape to make a belt loop
I made mine for light tranport because there's no one doing this and not at my lost cost.
