Another recent e-session. This particular couple had already done a more conventional session on the beach but they wanted something different. He was a pilot in training so we borrowed a plane and went out to the airport for some different pics...
First of all, several of these are VERY nice. But a few look more like snapshots (specifically the last). I'm not sure I like the "night" look on the asphalt.... might be better as black and whites?
Number 4 is my favorite... she looks great when she laughs like that. Not all girls do.

The snapshot look was intentional on the ones that had it. Just trying to emulate some of the low-fi looks that certain fashion magazines seem to use these days.
As for the asphalt shots, I like them in color but we had a few in BW that looked pretty good too.
wow- thanks everyone 9 and 12 is my fav- the freaky thing is that i wanted only to do high fashion on this shoot, got busy and really didnt cordinate clothes with my bride ( this is an engagement shoot i shoudl say) and she walked out inthe black top and i ran tomy car got the glasses and said lets roll chicka! she stepped out of her box for this shoot ( this is a gorgoues mom but a borderline hippy and you cant tell form most of the shots I went with W magazine feel ont he processign and photo selection. In most of the shoots we do i set up the shots ie art director ken shoots it thoguh i do shoot after i set up the scene and go from there, we really vary to clients and I never post because as soon as its shot it hate it but def dont hate 9 and 12- But then again we all have our own tastes, lord knwo si am the queen of my opinion

Its not that hard... I am a pilot and I can go to any airport in the country and get an airplane, you just have to get checked out by a flight instructor for insurance purposes.
