So, you make the page spreads in Photoshop, save them as JPGs and then use Slideshow Pro?
These are web versions of the images you send for the album to be printed?
I don't use photoshop to design. I use Fotofusion.
Yes, I generate JPGs and import them into Lightroom and generate web output with slideshow pro module.
It is a draft album. The most images needs to be retouched. They are pretty much straight from the camera with little Lightroom adjustments.
Your photography is excellent. I really like the way you posed the feet with the dress in the first spread. Lots of other inspiring images, too.
I find the white strokes around the photos a bit distracting. Maybe they're too wide. Doesn't seem to bother anyone else, so maybe it's just me. My overall impression is that your posing, lighting and photography skills are much stronger than your album design skills. But, then, you aren't asking for c&c on your photos, are you? I've heard others comment that a 3 pixel stroke, 5 pixel max, usually works best. Of course, that depends on all of the specifics involved, but for a simple design like this, I think that would be less distracting.

Thank you for your comment. Stoke width is very easy to change, it takes 2 seconds for entire album.
Do you have any comments about the design? This is what I mostly interested in. I posted a draft album to hear more about design. If you have any comments on photos, you are welcome to do so too. They are not retouched, so don't bitch me on that.
This is all great, except page 18, the 3 pictures are too repetitive for me, and I do not like the large overcast sky in the right picture. The rest is just perfect and very inspiring. Thank you for sharing.
ahavriluk, I'm a little embarrassed to just say what I think. I'm not an authority on album design. I'm still fiddling with it and figuring it out myself. With that understood, here are some thoughts:
Page 1 it too cluttered. The pages that grab me the most have less images. I really like your panaoramic pages with one image. And some of the series like 3,8 and 13-17. The white strokes bother me and that really influences how it looks to me, so I'd have to see it with more narrow strokes or none to reasses. On 18, I like the main image and I think the image of the bride on the right detracts. On 13, I think the greyed out images are too gray. Page5, considering how powerful the wedding day events are, I don't think hands holding a tie merits 3 pix and half a spread.
I think of it like reading a book. You want to grab them on the first page - lots of impact. Make them want more. And, to reitterate the positive - I really like your panaoramic pages with one image. And some of the series like 3,8 and 13-17. Your photography is excellent. I really like the way you posed the feet with the dress in the first spread. Lots of other inspiring images, too.
Brian, you might be right. Thank you for you input. I will think about how to redesign them.
BTW, I have dropped images on page 18 all together and replaced them with new ones.
