I like Paul's re-work (as usual)

That is really good, Paul. For easily making spot adjustments in color and lighting, viveza is the coolest plugin I have ever used. Kinda pricey for a plugin, but it can really save time over using masks . Check it out, try the demo, be ready to be amazed.

I have probably done 4 or 5 different tutorials on post processing over the last 5 years. (I like Eddie Tapp and Tim Grey). After doing the exercises (repeatedly), I am able to get the result I'm looking for. But a month or two later, when I have a situation calling for advanced skills, I flounder. Viveza puts all the tedious work inside the software, and gives you adjustable control points with sliders. I can remember how sliders work. Try the demo, let me know what you think.

Here is a re-work using Capture NX2 which contains the U-Point goodies...I can't seem to get the area above her right eye - can't determine if that is a blemish, scar, or artifact of pp'ing?

Anyway, my 2¢,
