This is from a local shoot and the mom was trying very hard to get the baby to smile and laugh but the baby was busy listening to her Dad eatting chips in the next room, Ha! This was my fav as she looks so contemplative. Painted in Corel Painter with Background and details painted in Photoshop.

Excellent work as usual! I've done some paintings in PS and have considered learning Corel Painter, is it that much better for painting?

Tim, Thanks! Yes Corel Painter is aimed at replicating traditional painting and it does a great job. I still love Photoshop for details and preparing the photo before going into Painter. Many people paint wonderful art in Photoshop so it is nothing to sneeze at, but to really stretch your painting muscle Painter is needed IMHO.
