A little small to give an accurate critique...

Over saturated. Lacks interest. The sky is so blue and so even it looks fake. The fire escape looks cut off. Would like to see the whole thing. Point of interest is the top of the down spout.

Looks too redish (oversatuarated) to me too. I think you need a different frame of the stair landing so that it is all in.
