p.1 #1 · Mark III RAW files on Bridge

Hello,

I'm having trouble seeing the RAW thumbnails from my new 1ds mark III on Bridge. I've installed the Canon EOS Utility disc and still the thumb nails don't show; all I can view are the file numbers.

I'm sure I've made a pretty basic error but don't know what it is. RAW files from my 5D show up fine. Can anyone help please?

You must have CS3 and the update that supports the Mk III CR2 files. CS2 is not supported (later camera bodies cannot be downloaded). If you don't have CS3 use the Canon software to open the files or, cheaper than CS3, buy the latest copy of Elements open and store the CR2 files as DNGs-after which CS2's bridge will see them.
