I love ferns and you have captured this one well. The light is very nice. One small nit. I find the small cobweb and little piece of brown leaf in the center slightly distracting. You might consider cloning it if you can. Good luck.
I agree with your thoughs and have resubmitted a slightly cleaner version of the fern.
