I think this could be great with some more wall as negative space. I think it would help with the feeling of isolation that, from your title, I think you were trying to go for.

thoughts:

an element exist within the 'context' and compositional 'balance' of it's frame, well defined graphical elements are accordingly more difficult. to demonstrate this, make a loose selection of the entire window element, then fill it with black. the overwhelming dominance of the silhouette shape within the frame should be obvious. ie a picture of a window contrasted by a photograph that gives us a sense of place. best...skip
