Great shot of this snake. You have captured it very well, but I do agree with Fibble that more space around him and perhaps what is provoking his attack would really add to the shot. You also need to make the longest side of your image exactly 640 pixels. I think this image is a little small. With just a bit of work, I think this can be a fantastic shot. Good luck this week.
Jason, this snake clearly wants to bring The End to something! As noted in appends above, this entry is potentially a good one, but it does have "rules" issues. Please read "WA Rules" in the upper left corner, on sizing etc. In the first bullet, also note that "Only pictures taken during the assignment week may be submitted." This rule is what makes the PM weekly and monthly "Assignment" concept different from a "Contest" - it encourages us to create a photograph "to order" after interpreting an assigned theme. The intent is for the Assignment to be a community-shared interactive learning experience -- something more meaningful than merely sharing the best photos from our portfolios.
