My first outdoor wedding as well as my first destination wedding. We drove 7 hours down to Bradenton, FL...shot for 4 hours and then the wife drove back while I caught a quick nap.
Not too many "artistic" shots, but I'm very proud of the images and the beautiful surroundings. Only post was saturation, contrast, brightness, etc. I'm quickly learning the better you get it right in the camera, the less post you have to do.
Camera: 30D and 20D
Lenses: 70-200/2.8 IS, Canon 10-22
Lighting: 580EX II fired into a 60" White Satin Umbrella for portraits and formals
By the 4th image I was wondering if anyone came! Beautiful setting though.
Overall I like them a lot, I dig the contrast. In 8 and 9 they look a little hot to me, especially their faces - not sure if it's photoshop done or just too much flash/light/whatever.
I especially like the apprehensive look in 17, golden.
My only comment would be that now that someone pointed out my use of wide angle and the distortions I see what they were talking about and see it here in your photo's. I don't know if that was your intent but since it was pointed out to me I now find it distracting.
Nice job on the location shooting, hope this helps.
The WA lens can give some unwanted distortions....but I also think it can give some really cool effects when used carefully...which I think you mostly did.
