Interesting caputre. I like it.
As far as critical input, I suppose a similar capture, if it were possible, with less sky on the right and only the building behind might be better. But I like it as is.
Feels like a bit of Magritte.

I wouldn't mind the sky if the right side clothes did overlap the sky. If you had the ability to retake the photo, I think it would be an interesting composition more in thirds and straight on - the two figures on a close up building on the left 2/3, lower right a different building, upper right blue sky.
But I'm just thinking. As it is, beautiful and abstract
