Since these pictures might end up in a brochure I maybe shouldn't do any cropping. But then the editor might not see the essence (if there is any in them,.

Your opinion??

I don't like the heads chopped off at the neck. Never a good look. I think the 45 degree tilt is excessive too. Numbers 2 and 3 don't make it immediately obvious that the adult is sketching the child.

Number 4 does that the best but again I dislike the cropping.
Number 2 shows the artist's concentration on the child but not that he is an artist.

To me none of these work very well, but if published in the context of a brochure then I think I'd go with #2 or else shoot a new version of #4 that has less tilt and shows the child's shoulders and neck as well as his head.
