I like the composition, looks like the dof is very very shallow, but it works ok for the shot. Nice looking dandy lion

Thank you! DOF was pretty shallow because I didn't have a tripod and there wasn't enough light. I didn't know the name of whatever I shot...thank you for providing it

When I saw the title "Backyard Weed" I was thinking of something else.

No stems, no seeds
You don't need
Acapulco Gold is
Some bad a** weed

I like the shot a lot. it dosen't look like an easy subject.

lol Thanks! I wouldn't say it is a very difficult subject but I really miss not being able to manual focus with 1.6 crop view finders....
