I like them both but I really love the cropped version. Probably because the background is not out of focus enough. I can see the wrinkles etc... I love the lighting and very cute kid/bunny!
Thanks guys. Andre, I'm having real trouble blurring out that background. If I go shallower, then I won't be at f8 which is what I thought everyone used for studio lights. Of course, all of my studio pictures were shot at 5.6 so that I would get some blur.
I'm in love with the cropped version myself, although I won't be able to print it very large. It's a heavy crop.
I inclusively have this picture up on the Post Processing forum asking out to smooth out the background.
