I am brand new here and love nature photography. Since it is still a bit chilly here in NJ there aren't that many pretty birds out yet to photograph. I go down by the bay daily to soak in the fresh air and I photograph seagulls and some very wild ducks. I am still having a hard time getting a 100% sharp flying bird. Here are a few recent shots. Your brown gull is great. He is in a powerful position in the frame and you have given him somewhere to fly. Your white gull is a nice image, but he is going to fly out of the frame and that makes me uncomfortable. Your blue skies are good.
Thank you for your response. Nature photography is new to me, really new. I feel it relieves my daily stresses. Observing the many birds that visit my area by the bay has been interesting. My 5yr old loves it!
