Just wanted to know what you guys thought about a few of these. I think they turned out OK, but not great. I was using a borrowed 30D and a kit lens while my camera was out of commission. I am a Nikon guy, so I wasn't familiar with anything on this camera!

WOW...these shots are brilliant. Would loved to have seen them a bit bigger in the posts, but that's life. Amazing shots, and then add to that the fact that you were using totally non-familiar gear...simply briliant.
Man, I don't see anything at all that you need to work on. These are fantastic. This proves that you are good enough nomatter what camera you use. The shot from above of the stage with the crowd is brilliant! What were your settings for these? (average ISO, shutter, did you shoot wide open?) Great work, wish Icould help you with something but there is nothing to improve.
Yep... Fantastic, considering the lack of lights, the movement and the 1600 iso... If you said you shooted with a D3 at 12600, everybody would have say : See, the D3 and fantastic, that's why'..... But you shooted with a older Crop Canon Cam.... lol
The world is so suggestive these days in term of technology... Most of the time, it is the photographer who still do the difference... Congratulations... and welcome in the canon world ;-)
